Who we are
OpenLock is a Lviv-based service for emergency lock opening, repair, replacement and installation. We work around the clock, weekends and public holidays included: a dispatcher and part of the team are on duty 24/7 so that we can reach you in about 20 minutes anywhere in Lviv or the suburbs.
Our locksmiths
The team is made up of Lviv locksmiths with at least 8 years behind them. Everyone is vetted, including a police check for a criminal record. Each van carries over 300 mechanisms and spare hardware, so in most cases we open the door and repair or replace the lock in a single visit.
Everything by the book
Before we open a door we ask for a passport and proof of ownership or a tenancy agreement. If the papers are on the other side of the door, spoken confirmation from your neighbours is enough; otherwise we work with the police present. New keys are handed over in a sealed pack, so you know for certain that no copies exist.

Prices are fixed and do not creep up while we work. Every job and every piece of hardware we fit comes with a written guarantee. Roughly 88% of locks stay usable after we open them — we would rather repair a mechanism than talk you into an expensive replacement.
